Auf beste Schlafqualität legen wir größten Wert, ist Grundlage für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Ein Boxspringbett, bekannt aus den 5* Tophotels dieser Welt, ist Garant für einen guten und gesunden Schlaf. Diese sind in unseren hochwertig ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen Standard.
Für weitere Entspannung garantieren die ruhigen Momente auf dem großzügigen Balkon und die Sicht auf das gewaltige Gebirgspanorama sowie auf die Dächer von Sonthofen. Trotzdem müssen Sie nicht auf Ortsnähe verzichten. Entfernt vom Verkehr und doch in 2 Gehminuten mitten im Ortszentrum. Es erwarten Sie dort Bäckereien, Metzgerei, Cafes und Restaurants. Da das Haus in einen Hang gebaut wurde, sind Sie nur durch 6 Stufen vom Dachgeschoß getrennt. In jeweils beiden Wohnungen sind schallgeschützte, abschließbare Trenntüren angebracht. Bei getrennten Vermietungen sind diese versperrt und garantieren somit Ihre Privatsphäre. Bei geöffneten Türen können Sie die Räumlichkeiten mit bis zu 8 Personen nutzen. Insgesamt kann das Haus bis zu 16 Gästen aufnehmen.
Bei einer Belegung von 2 Personen kostet eine Nacht ab 105 €. In diesen Kosten ist alles inklusive. Bei einer Belegung von mehr als 2 Personen, wird für Wäsche etc. 10 € pro Person/ pro Nacht hinzugerechnet. Des weiteren werden von der Gemeinde Fremdenverkehrsbeiträge von 2,20€ pro Person und pro Übernachtung berechnet. Zu manchen Ferienzeiten können die Preise variieren und eine Mindestaufenthaltsdauer voraussetzen, diese werden dann im Preiskalkulator angezeigt. Zu den Weihnachtsferien jedoch ist der Preis pro Nacht 199 € . In diesem Zeitraum ist eine Mindestbuchungsdauer von 6 Nächten notwendig.
